Care between your visits
Injuries do not follow a schedule. Your telehealth touchpoint lets you hop on a secure video call between home visits if you have an unexpected pain flare-up, need an exercise modified, or have a question about your recovery progress.
Out-of-network value
We provide detailed superbills on request, which you can submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
No hidden travel fees
Concierge care means we bring the clinic to your living room, estate, or office in Collier County, with no hidden travel charges.
No time or distance fees for accepted patients. Beyond our listed service area, please inquire. A $100 service charge may apply for visits more than 15 miles outside 34113.
