There is no physical therapy clinic here, and there is not the population to support one. For residents that has always meant driving to Naples or Marco for care, several times over the course of a treatment plan.
Why this is the clearest case for the model
The value of a mobile practice scales with how inconvenient the alternative is. On Capri, the alternative is a round trip for every appointment, which for an older resident recovering from surgery may also mean depending on someone else to drive.
