The heart of the service area
Naples proper, covering 34102 and 34103, runs from Old Naples and the Pier up through Coquina Sands, and takes in Port Royal, Aqualane Shores and the streets either side of 5th Avenue South and 3rd Street South.
It is the centre of our service area and there is no travel charge here.
What is different about treating here
A great deal of the housing is either historic single-family homes or seasonal condominiums, and both come with their own quirks for a mobile practice.
In the older homes near the water, the constraint is usually space and stairs. Many were built long before anyone designed for accessibility, and a narrow staircase or a step down into a Florida room is exactly the kind of thing that matters after a knee replacement. Working in the actual house means we address those directly rather than in the abstract.
In the condominium buildings, the practical issue is access. Most have a front desk or gate procedure for visitors. Tell us how yours works when you book and we will handle it without you having to come down.
Seasonal residents
A substantial part of this area empties out in summer and fills again in autumn, and that shapes how care gets planned.
If you are here for part of the year, tell us at the evaluation. A plan built around a fourteen-week stay looks different from one built around a full year: we front-load the hands-on work, make the home program genuinely self-sufficient, and use telehealth to stay with you after you have gone north.
One practical caveat, since it catches people out: physical therapy licensure generally follows where the patient physically is during a telehealth session, not where the clinician is. If you will be out of state we will tell you what is possible before you book.
Golf here
Naples has more golf per resident than almost anywhere in the country, and this part of it is dense with courses and clubs. For members playing several times a week through the season, the pattern we see most often is a body that has not been prepared for the volume: someone who plays twice a month up north arrives and plays five times a week, and the lead hip or the low back gives out by December.
That is a preventable problem, and it is the reason a TPI assessment before the season is more useful than treatment during it.
Getting started
The comprehensive evaluation is $325, or $350 for the golf and sports version with swing analysis. Both run a full hour or more, both include your first treatment, and both happen wherever suits you.
