Where we treat
We are a mobile practice, so there is no clinic to visit. We come to you: your home, your clubhouse, your fitness center, the golf course, your membership gym, private pool, beach.

No time or distance fees for accepted patients. Beyond our listed service area, please inquire. A $100 service charge may apply for visits more than 15 miles outside 34113.
Payment
Collier Concierge is an out-of-network, cash-pay practice. We provide detailed superbills on request, which you can submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
